    Americable scheduled maintenance - Netflix has provided Americable a new server to allow for local caching of their content. Unfortunately, it is not a quick process to replace this server. After the new Netflix is installed and connected it will begin to fill its content. At this point, Netflix systems are triggered to automatically begin the burn-in and turn up process. The burn-in and turn up process can take up to 2 days to complete. Netflix service will continue to operate during this period; however, customers will experience geofencing to Japan content until the local server is able to serve US based content again.

    The appliance will not start serving client traffic until all checks pass. When the system is ready, the Netflix server will automatically enable the system to serve clients.

    Netflix customers only

    Netflix service will continue to operate during this period; however, customers will experience geofencing to Japan content until the local server is able to serve US based content again. The estimated time frame for this to occur is 2 days, but it could begin caching out content sooner once all content is updated.
